Deviant Stamps are AWESOME. I made some more for the first Gainax anime I ever watched: Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann.

Viral is the antagonist throughout about two-thirds of the anime. He is a "beastman" who is part shark, part cat, and part something else that makes him take a human form. He's not human, he can't reproduce except through cloning, and he is not a Spiral being -- he can't use Spiral energy.

Nevertheless, he is one of the Rasen-ou's [Helix King's] most capable soldiers and he survives the fall of Teppelin. He harbors no hatred for humans, but neither does he particularly care about them. He just sides with them out of necessity.

Did I mention that his English dub voice is Vic Mignogna? Talk about awesome.

By the way, TTGL has something I've never seen in any anime before. I'm sure it's been done before, but I've never seen it -- they use a different eye-catch every single time. (Eye-catches are the images flashed before and after the commercial breaks in the middle of the show. Most of the time they use the same series of images, but this series uses a different one every single time. So each episode has its own unique pair of eye-catches.
